MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY

MANAGING DIRECTOR

The Managing Director is responsible for all aspects of the operation of the company. He is the sole authority on all matters relating to quality in the company and encourages all staff to satisfy the Quality Policy and to have a focus on servicing our Clients

Specifically he is responsible for:-
  • Drafting the company policy on quality
  • Authorization of the Quality and Safety System. 
  • Providing sufficient resources for the quality objectives to be met
QUALITY MANAGER

The Managing Director appoints the Quality Manager. The Quality Manager is responsible for all matters relating to the Quality Systems at Infranets. The Quality Manager reports directly to the Managing Director on quality matters.

Specifically Quality Manager is responsible for:-
  • Verifying that the Quality Policy is implemented and maintained. 
  • Monitoring and auditing the system and implementing changes and            improvement to the systems authorized by the Managing Director.
  • Verifying the effectiveness of actions take to prevent the recurrence of        problems or prevent the occurrence of potential problems.

ALL STAFF

With regard to quality and safety, all personnel have the responsibility and authority for Initiating action to prevent the occurrence of incidents in relation to services provided.

Responsibilities and authorities of individual employees are defined in their job description.
  • Operating within the requirements of the Infranets Quality                              Management System and Safety System
  • Identifying and recording opportunities for improvement.
  • Controlling the further processing and delivery of services that are                nonconforming
RESOURCES AND PERSONNEL

Personnel assigned to tasks are competent to undertake those tasks with a minimum of supervision. Infranets recognizes that all personnel have quality responsibilities and requires that tasks be performed as defined in the Quality Management system.

MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT & REVIEW

The Managing Director is committed to the development and implementation of quality and safety management system for Infranets and to continually improve its effectiveness. This is demonstrated by the establishment and review of the Quality Policy and Objectives. Staff meetings are held where all employees are kept informed of the quality system. These meetings are also used for staff feedback should anyone feel that issues need to be discussed. A Board of Management meets 6 times per annum to review all aspects of the business. The members include the managing director (Chairman), projects manager, site engineers and a staff representative.

Infranets is committed to complete the projects assigned to us by using its efficient and qualified personnel by using the best available plant and machinery.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

In order to develop and effective Quality Management System, Infranets has established Quality Management System which is comprised of the following documents:

  • Quality Manual – Outlines the structure and general principles of the            operation of the Quality Management System.
  • Procedures Manual – Documents procedures, flowcharts and work              instructions which relate to the administrative and operational                      aspects of our business.
